Villa Sunshine: Beachfront

Villa Sunshine is a coastal inspired, spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bath villa located in Beacon Hill. The villa sits directly on the seashore of the secluded Burgeaux Bay. You will enjoy a full unobstructed ocean view and brilliant caribbean sunsets that color the evening sky. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife, a supermarket and the infamous Maho Beach!



Guests will have access to all areas of the property; with the exception of the attached apartment downstairs and laundry room (accessible when housekeeper is present.)

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Sunshine is not set up to be a party house. Villa Sunshine is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

No smoking indoors. No drugs of any kind. No noise/music on the pool deck area after 11:00 pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

It is recommended that guests rent a car or hire a private driver during their stay. The property has private parking for up to 4 vehicles.
