“My husband and I spent 6 fabulous nights here. From the moment I made the reservation, I felt in good hands with great communication about any question I had. The front desk can assist with wine excursions, spa, cooking class and even are connected with a nice local gym you can attend for a small fee. We rented a car and it is a big bonus that this property has on-site parking included in the rate. The Palazzo is located in a prime location, also easy to get in and out which can be tricky in……

“Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird.……
