When we arrived the room reeked of cigarettes. They said they were fully booked and could not move us, but I could book a room still online, so they lied about that. The pool was drained and being repaired, but no mention of this anywhere before booking. Getting a chair to the lawn was hassle. There was only one restaurant, the bar was not...
