The house has a heated pool, which allowed us to swim and sunbathe! Although the house also has air conditioning, nothing beats lighting the fireplace and spending some time chatting! Excellent architecture and decoration. Perfect location, in the countryside near the wonderful beaches. The hosts were very friendly and dedicated. We will return again and I recommend it to everyone looking for an ideal place to relax!

The accommodation is beautifully furnished, and the heated pool is definitely a highlight — though unfortunately, the water could be a bit cleaner. The surrounding area is mainly fields and a somewhat untidy farm, so it’s worth checking Google Maps before booking to see if it’s the right fit for you. There are quite a few insects, some of which also find their way into the house — something that’s probably hard to avoid in this setting. The beach is around 4 km away, and a car is necessary to navigate the gravel road leading to the property. Due to the very high price, we felt that the overall value for money wasn’t quite right considering the surroundings. As lovely as the interior is, we wouldn’t choose to book again for that reason.

Snyggt inrett och nära till fina stränder. Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst men endast portugisiska talades. Ofräsch pool utan cirkulation. Vattnet var riktigt smutsigt när vi kom. Det höll de med om och tömde ut hela poolen och fyllde upp igen. Vilket innebar att vi inte kunde bada på en halv dag då det tog lång tid. Några gubbar stod och meckade med sina lantbruksmaskiner precis utanför sovrumsfönstret och såg även in till poolen som endast hade ett lågt staket så det blev inte så insynsskyddat.
