“My check in was terrible. We were not greeted. The front desk staff member had absolutely no customer service and his tag said that he was a manager. He was very short and simply told us to "tap, swipe, or insert here" with out explaining what he was charging us for (incidentals). It was very disappointing for our initial encounter at the hotel to be so unpleasant by a manager. He gave us no sort of orientation on the property at all or told us where anything was.
