“This place is even better than the pictures—absolutely perfect for my needs. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and the bathroom is a dream with both a bathtub and a shower. I loved the view, and the rest of the hotel is very nice as well.We ate at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed it very much. The coffee and sweets from the little store were great, and the outdoor restaurants by the pool were also excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely stay here……

“Nice proximity to beach, family to north and to the south. Nice kitchen and yard for pups. Some furnishings could use some attention as well as the pool table and ping pong table if you plan to use them. Otherwise it was a quiet, safe neighborhood. ”

“Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view.……

“The host was amazing and the place was everything we needed for our one month stay. If i could rate the location 1000 stars i would!!! The beach is 2 blocks away on either side, you can walk to bars, restaurants, coffee, food shops, nails and everything you need. I would stay at this place every time!”

“Like another reviewer mentioned, this property is part of a motel - comparable to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. The unit smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the smell lingered, even after using the air purifier in the closet. There were several dead roaches on the floor, as well as many live ones. The longer we were there, the more we saw, both dead and alive. It got so bad we cancelled our reservation after about an hour and……

“The initial property was exactly as expected - small, just for two - and very clean. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling and our host responded almost immediately. She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well. Her properties were both lovely, clean and right where we wanted to be.”
