"The breakfast was not the greatest. Everyday same thing. The fruits are soggy and not very fresh and poor quality. The salads are not fresh. Everyday the lettuce leaves are wilted and soggy. I did advise the restaurant manager but it was still the same. "

"This was perhaps the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pune. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, clean and have exceptional amenities. Plenty of power plugs with international outlets. Spacious bathrooms with rain shower. Great room service. 2 restaurants. Pool and gym."

"Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language channels."

"Absolute filth. Unswept floors, Stained toilets, Dirty linen They did not clean the room on one day. They refused to change the room despite my protest. Room service is next to none. Staff had to be reminded to replenish water every day. The receptionist is clueless about anything and everything. Will not visit again. "
