Are absolute comfort, quiet and an exciting vacation with family and friends high on your wish list? Then you will be very excited about this dream property. Villa Elegance is undoubtedly a very unique holiday villa with its diverse sports and entertainment offer, as well as the beautiful rural location.
The chic, modern design creates an exciting contrast to the picturesque, Mediterranean surroundings and the expansive landscaped gardens with lush green lawns.
The interior is high quality with refined, modern chic. Three elegant bedrooms are upstairs, and the fourth, very practical on the ground floor. They are all stylishly furnished with interesting details and feature TV, air conditioning, terrace as well as a first-class en-suite bathroom.
So that you do not interrupt your daily fitness routine, there is a fitness area in the basement, as well as a relaxing sauna. You can mix a cocktail, play billiards and darts at the basement bar. For console players, a PS4 is available in the living room.
On the ground floor dominates the light-flooded, open living, dining, kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, perfect for your culinary masterpieces, which you will enjoy in the great dining room. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors open directly onto the fabulous heated pool with large sundeck, where you can relax on cozy loungers and enjoy the magical surroundings.The adjoining outdoor dining area with built-in barbecue invites you to join in the evenings, where you can exchange the experiences of the day with a refreshing drop and a good steak.
And there is a better way to round off the perfect day than in the bubbling hot tub under the clear starry sky.

Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Gibt von uns 5 Sterne mit *. Alles wie beschrieben, die Bilder sind sehr authentisch. Der Kontakt mit Marijana war perfekt, eine sehr nette Vermieterin, immer erreichbar. Wenn das nicht reicht, ist ihre Mama im Nachbarhaus erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
