“The entire facility was just so pleasant and well maintained. The rooms were generous and clean. They were not over the top but very adequate. The staff was outstanding! Always polite, always ready to help and went out of their way to accommodate requests. The food was uniformly good and the breakfast buffet was standout. As a family, we went to Taj Holiday Village and Resort for rest and relaxation and that is what we achieved. ”

“Having stayed in the area for many years but not able to get into my usual accommodation chose The Summerville as it was in the right location for me. Not knowing what I should expect was pleasantly surprised on my arrival. Staff were lovely, rooms were very clean. Breakfast very basic but what do you want for the rating. As I had booked an upgraded room to ensure I had, TV, fridge and AC was a little disappointed that I could only get 2 English channels on the TV and no news at all. ……

“The staff was especially accommodating when we first arrived. They helped to arrange transportation from the airport and gave us a wonderful tour of the entire facility. We enjoyed the massages and the yoga class. The facility is wonderfully relaxing and beautifully maintained. The only disappointing part was our departure. We had an early flight so we arranged to have someone help us with our luggage so we could check out early. When they didn't show I went to the reception desk to checkout and……

“Great place! I had a spacious, clean and comfortable room. The location was very good, short walk to the beach and very quiet. There is a large yoga space on the top floor with lots of fresh air and natural light. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. But the best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Every single employee and the owner were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made the stay perfect and I highly recommend this hotel! ”
