We had drinks on the terrace, sat in the dinning room at a window that opened onto the canal, and had nightcaps in the library. The woman who was running it was friendly and helpful. “The hotel is very nice and all of the staffs are very kind. We visited Brugge for honeymoon and they upgrade for us which is a very big flavor. The room is awesome and the lobby is very beautiful. It's in the Brugge only takes 5-10 mins to the square which we highly recommended for the stay in Brugge”

“Staffs are so nice and helpful. Rooms smells so nice with the fragrance they have placed. There is also a fireplace in the room which made is warm and cozy whenever you needed it. Hotel is also pet friendly, we were given a care package for my dog. ”

“Room was spacious & very comfortable with adjoining second bedroom for our daughter. Beds large & very comfortable. Every amenity had been carefully thought out…dressing gowns, coffee machine, Guylain chocolates (topped up every day), water. Breakfast was superbe - Jason & Sandra catered to our every need, with freshly squeezed orange juice every morning, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries & of course cooked options. They even made a takeaway breakfast for us when we left really early in the……
