“Very clean and quiet property. On the most beautiful side of the island we saw on our trip.”

“Amazing beach view and proximity to good restaurants.”

“The room clean, just as described. Has a problem with the shower which the Mgr Lisa tried to fix, but wasn’t successful. I wasn’t there long enough to see it get resolved. I was just there overnight. Super close to the airport. Lisa was very helpful though, the problem needed a better fix”

“Every thing was perfect, clean , quiet, beautiful views, definitely on my list to revisit. The host was very informative about the whole process he was very polite guy”

“Super clean room, amazing property management. Location location location 😜 Best hotel we've found and best of all the location outs you within walking distance of everything you may need.”

“Premier voyage à l'ile de St-Martin et après avoir visité et fait le tour de l'ile je crois que l'emplacement des résidences de Mont Vernon est idéal pour le côté français.Près de la plage Orientale et à proximité de plusieurs autres plages (Grand Case, Anse Marcel et Ile Pinel) et bien situé pour les approvisionnements de nourriture et autre.Le studio de Cécilia est très propre et chaleureux et convenable pour 2 personnes. Air climatisé fonctionnel et grande piscine près de la mer.Excellente……

“Property had not been cleaned in some time. Looks like it "sat around" empty for several weeks empty. Floor definitely was not clean. General property was run down. Toilet did not flush very well taking 3 X's to clear any/all material. Host did not respond to our emails seeking information in a timely manner. We were given no phone number or name of host, only the owner, who, after much effort in reaching him/her, gave the manager's number to contact. Manager held us to exactly 4 PM check……

“Excellent week at this condo. Clean, well appointed, great view with refreshing breezes on the balcony. Kitchen with everything you need. Spacious bathrooms. Well kept facility with pool area cleaned daily. Fabulous restaurants all within a 100 meter walk. Huge, clean beach. Very responsive host. Second stay at this cozy, well maintained complex. ”

“The apartment was beautifully located right on the water. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amazing restaurants close by!”

“This was one of the worst apartments I’ve ever rented for a vacation. The outside of the building was dirty and smelled bad. While the inside of the apartment was clean, almost everything else was disappointing. The listing on the website was very misleading and did not match the actual experience. I spent five days here, and nothing about my stay impressed me. The service was horrible, and the pool was extremely dirty and not even usable. I would not recommend this place for a vacation. “The property is located on the French side and situated right next to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The bus stop was only a block away (2 minute walk) and is $2 each way and will take you to Phillipsburg where there are pristine beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Julia our beautiful host took the time to go over any questions we had after we arrived. She even gave us directions and a number to a driver that took us to places that were too far for us to walk to. We did not rent a car……

“The unit was clean and the kitchen offered all the equipment you need to cook small dinners, which is perfect since it was just the two of us. The host was easy to contact if we were in need of anything. The beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler were a great addition to our stay!”

“Outstanding. Name and photos a little hard to follow but fantastic help from the host!”

“Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The host was super communicative, everything was explained and well thought out. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and in such a wonderful location.”

“We just checked out from an 11 day stay at this lovely cottage. The host is so sweet and accommodating. Her place felt like home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable and the cottage is beautiful. Not to mention the hot tub. Thank you Veronique for an amazing vacation!! ”
