“Although the food and drinks were good, the customer service was terrible. Staying at this resort was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff were not friendly and not accommodating. I had no AC for 3 of the 4 nights there. After several complaints and multiple maintenance workers failing to fix the issue, they offered to upgrade me to a different room the night before checking out (my birthday) at 10:30pm. They did not offer a bellboy to assist with moving my bags from one room to the……

“Everything was super clean and nice. The only issue was that I didn’t expect the room to have no electrical outlets near the bed or the couch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.”

“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”
