Holiday home with pool, air conditioning and Internet

The detached holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2021, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.


Location
Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is on the corner, so there are 2 gate entrances. The house itself also has 2 entrances, both of which are accessible via a covered terrace. You can have peace and quiet in the garden and the children have enough space to play. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.


Special
Air conditioning, heater in each room (gas). Children's toys, cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late September, diameter 3 m, 0.80 m deep).


Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day. up to 12 kg

Shopping 800 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 1000 m. In summer: Lake Balaton 1100 m in Siófok (beach 1100 m in Siófok with lawn and sand). Water sports facilities in Siófok 1200 m.

The entrance to your holiday home is located on the ground floor and leads over the 6 sqm terrace directly into the kitchen. Living room with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV and dining area (6 seats). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with gas stove (4 flames), oven, fridge (160 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Separate toilet with WC and window.

Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, mit einem komplett eingezäunten Garten, ideal für Hunde. Man ist schnell am See, hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort.Budapest ist gut, auch mit dem Auto erreichbar und einen Ausflug wert.János, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.
