This location had everything you need for a stay in the area. Neighborhood seemed safe. There is a large grocery store very close and walkable from the house and nice park walkable as well.

Simple, Comfy and just right

This was just what we needed for a couple of nights in SF. The location has been and continues to be updated, is near a grocery store and not far from downtown. It's very convenient to get to from I-229 and the host was very accommodating.

Enjoyed the space of the home

So nice to have more space and conveniences than a hotel room. This property is clean, nicely appointed, beautifully furnished. Everything you could need is readily available. Beds are comfortable. Easy to navigate Sioux Falls from this location. Property owner is very helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

This is a great place! It was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, nicely decorated & comfortable! It was perfect for my teen daughters, their friends & I to relax in after shopping & fun! Close proximity to the grocery made it convenient as well! We look forward to staying here again!

Blue house

The house was great, decent space beautiful kitchen. Nice atmosphere, clean. Would definitely stay again. The host was very open to communications. Couple things to note if you have a little one, the tv in the living room is low and reachable and the tub is slippery. The location was great everything we did was within a 10 minutes drive.

Brick House

We were double booked on the blue house. The owner called me the day of and told me that he did have another location for us to use. We were given the brick house and it was clean and quiet with beautiful outdoor spaces! This is the reason I gave only 2 stars for accuracy of listing because I can only speak to the brick house. We did have issues with the door lock not accepting the code and I couldn’t find any washcloths for use in the bathroom but the owner was very responsive and we were able to get in through the garage and the owner gave us an alternative code for the door which worked. Overall, we would stay with this owner again! Thank you for a great place to enjoy our weekend!

Blue House was very comfortable!

We were in SD for a family wedding and stayed at Blue House with 3 adults and had plenty of space. The house was very clean. Furnishings were all newer and very comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed plus some extras. Good communication from the owner throughout our stay. Easy access. It was nice to be able to park one of our cars in the garage. Loved the chalk board with recommendations and weren't disappointed by any of them. They had a few games to play during downtime too. We noticed a patio set and firepit out back but didn't get a chance to use those. It seemed like the house was conveniently located by all the things we wanted to do. It is actually a duplex but we couldn't really hear the people on the other side. For the same price we would have paid for a hotel, we had a lot more space and conveniences.

My sisters and I booked the Blue House for a weekend getaway. It was a terrific experience. The host, Sinan, genuinely cares about guest comfort. He reached out a few times over the weekend to make sure all was OK. The Blue House is a side-by-side duplex. The guest side was recently updated, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The accommodations were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Although the house is located on a main street, it was quiet, especially at night. Guests are welcomed to Blue House by a large (3’ x 5’) chalkboard, where Sioux Falls highlights and suggestions are artistically listed for guests. We referred to this board several times during our stay. The house is conveniently located for exploring the area. It is not walkable to Falls Park, the historic downtown shops, or restaurants, but they are only a short ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue House and would recommend it to others.
