Location of this house was great - easy to get to anywhere we wanted in Sioux Falls, especially downtown. Extremely clean and comfortable, we would certainly choose to stay here again. We really appreciated the way things were labeled to make finding anything we needed really easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—he installed a new thermostat during our visit and even came by at 9:30 PM with an extra heater when my sister found the lower level bedroom a bit chilly.The house was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had quality cookware (not the cheap pots and pans you typically find in rentals), and the large crockpot was perfect for our Christmas dinner.While our one-ton truck didn't fit in the garage, there was ample parking space in the driveway, and we had no trouble backing out onto the street in either direction. The quiet neighborhood was ideal, with a grocery store just two blocks away—perfect for my morning walks!We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend Christmas with family. Highly recommend!

Sioux Falls softball get away

My wife and I traveled more than 7 hours to Sioux Falls. This house did not disappoint. Very clean house, nice large counter height kitchen table. Very large walk-in closet in the upstairs king size bed/bedroom w/a large tv as well mounted to the wall. Walkable to Augustana college where we watched my niece play.
