They were quick to welcome us and give us the arrival information. Amenities were good. This is a typical 1903 house where no bedrooms on main floor. 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and 2 are on 3rd floor. Full bath in master bedroom and 2nd full on 2nd floor.

It is very convenient to Falls Park, Downtown and many restaurant options. The home is located in the Historic District. Easy back alley parking in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend!

Big group

The 4 bathrooms were great! It is 3 stories with no bedroom on the main floor, which worked fine for us. If you have any elderly in your group, be ware you do have to go up a flight of stairs to any bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of towels. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Family Wedding

Seven adults stayed very comfortably for the weekend to attend a wedding. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. We didn't spend much time at the home but it had everything we needed. We were happy to have many coffee shops, restaurants and the Sioux falls within walking distance. We'd stay again if we ever happen to be back in town.

Sioux Falls get away

I was looking for a home that would accommodate 9 of us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to allow for all to get ready to attend a wedding. This home fit the bill! Who would think that an older home near a historic district would have 3 1/2 bathrooms along with 5 bedrooms! I contacted management with 2 requests and my request was addressed in a timely fashion.

Historic district

Large family get away. Well equipped kitchen, clean and nicely decorated. Location was excellent, close to falls park and in a historic neighborhood. The host and owner were very responsive to all our needs. The interior looks to be resently remodeled. Would recommend.
