The property is a cheaper stay. I didn't like the hundred-dollar incidental upfront charge. I also was not happy that my hotel room card key did not work. My room had to be opened everytime by the front desk.

The fire alarm is hanging from ceiling clearly not functioning. The floors in the hall feel like you will fall through at any time. The carpet is worn and loose. Just a total dump. However the bed was comfortable. Also only 1 outlet by the bed so we could not use our cpap machine and charge our phone at the same time.

Paid for room, my son checked in. They charged my account AFTER Expedia already did. I called to find out why. Person on phone was rude and condescending. Tried saying the Expedia charge was declined when in fact the charge cleared my bank account. So now at this point I have paid for the room twice. I asked them to resolve this issue however they banged on my son's door at 10:30 pm and told him he had 15 minutes to leave or the police would be called. This terrified him as he had no idea what was happening. I called police as I felt that the motel people were being fraudulent with me. Police told them to return my money. They have not yet

The room was really nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really good. the only thing that was wrong was the stairs to get to the room. At 81, it was difficult taking all our bags up those stairs. My husband had a very hard time going up the stairs, and could not help me with the bags.

Decently quiet, Wi-Fi is nice, liked it has a pool, kept the hallways and pool room temperature at somewhere between 55-60 degrees, didn’t get any housekeeping for a 3 night stay, no one bothered to restock the breakfast so if you don’t get it early it’s not worth the bother, comforter had cigarette burn holes, microwave was plugged into a power bar that was faulty and kept turning off, get a knock on the door 2 hrs before check out time asking if your going to check out as if your late, I think I’ll spend the $10 more a night elsewhere

The hallway carpets haven't been changed in at least a decade. They are dirty and even the padding is obviously deteriorate and smells moldy. The rooms have newer laminate flooring. The rooms are dated few Power options for charging devices. The mattress is adequate for a one night stay. Had a smoking room and you could tell they clean but again only adequate. The bathroom was clean but again adequate. Replace the carpets, especially the stairs they are a safety issue. As a one night stay the property is adequate but I wouldn't have stayed a second night.

Odd smells.
It took a staff member an extremely long time to come to the front desk and when they did they were very hard to understand and unfriendly. This place did not feel welcoming at all from the moment we walked in. It is extremely dated. Once we got to our room it smelled very strongly of bug spray which had us concerned. The water pressure sucked. The pool smelled strange. The beds and linens were no where near comfortable. Overall not the worst experience but i expected more for what we paid.

The comforter on the bed was stained and there were holes all over it from cigarette burns and other holes. Things written in sharpie on the bed sheets. Didn’t even sleep in the bed. slept on top with our own blankets. Very interesting odor throughout the whole building. Broken glass all over the parking lot. Needed to put a $100 deposit plus the cost per night for a dog. When I asked for a receipt when checking out I had to wait for ten minutes to receive it. Will never be staying here again.
