With three spacious bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 twin, and a pack-n-play) and one updated bathroom, it offers comfort and convenience. For the gamers in your group, we have a wide selection of board games AND we have a fun Original Super Nintendo ready for any Super Mario fans to enjoy!

The large, well-maintained yard is perfect for outdoor fun, while inside, enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, and a washing machine for a hassle-free stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll be just minutes from downtown Sioux Falls with its vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment. A very well appointed property, with all the necessary amenities. Well equipped kitchen and dining area, comfy living room, and cosy bedrooms. Will definitely be staying again when we're in town!

Clean and comfortable

We had a nice stay at this property. We were in town for the NXR cross country regional. Just 3 of us and our dog. They have updated this home with clean and simple furnishings. If they could add a half bath, it would be perfect!
