The property is dated and the rooms are smaller than average. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. My room was very clean. Everything functioned and nothing was broken. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel On Phillips
The lack of transparency about the parking situation was a big letdown. The lot is very small and the alternative is an open air ramp across the street.
