「Toilet didn’t flush. Faucet in shower wouldn’t work. Coffee pot only made one cup that was the color of tea. Girl at the front desk didn’t fully unlock the door to let people in for breakfast. She tried to say the door was hard to open when she clearly unlocked it after I knocked. She tried to make my husband feel like a fool saying he didn’t push hard enough on the door when she had to unlock the bottom lock. Breakfast options were horrible and there were tons of flies in the eating area....

「The room i was in had a bad smell.. there were things that were broken like the shower head holder... the staff was nice, and it was right accross where i needed it to be for my stay... the Kitchen staff was amazing.. She was so friendly and welcoming every morning for breakfast... other than the broken and slightly weird smell, it was a nice place to stay..」
