“Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Palazzo Vesuviano tillsammans med vår familj. Från första stund kände vi oss välkomna och omhändertagna. Boendet är vackert, rent och mycket välskött, med en härlig atmosfär som gjorde att vi kunde koppla av och njuta av vår semester. Det som gjorde vistelsen extra speciell var den vänliga och hjälpsamma personalen som alltid mötte oss med ett varmt leende och gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle trivas. “The property is at the outskirt of the town. There are no sidewalks, but people are use to walk 5 minutes to reach the town (300-500 mts?). If you are driving, you get anywhere from there in a short drive. The place is modern and very clean. During my stay, the staff was the owner son and he did a great job. I asked if I could have some ice and he actually got me a small bag like made me wonder if he went out to buy it! The room size was amazing for me as a solo traveler, a queen bed and space……

“I arrived to find the door closed. I rang the bell, and within less than a minute someone came to let me in. Inside, the office was empty at first — the staff who appeared didn't speak English, so I waited a short while until someone who did could help me. Once that happened, though, check-in was quick and smooth. The room itself was pleasant : clean, modern, and looking practically new. The facilities were solid overall. “Right at the foot of mount vesuvius, with views of the sea as well. This was nothing but a room for us for the night, so our expectations weren’t high anyhow. Room was clean, well maintained and easily big enough for a family of four. Our only issue was that my Italian is limited and the lady on reception, her English was nonexistent, once we connected to the WiFi and got the translation app going we were good. Similar issue on check out with the only person on site who was the cleaner. It……
