Location : the apartment is located in the heart of Numana, along the famous Via Marconi, also called Viale degli Oleandri, a wonderful tree-lined avenue overlooking the sea that connects the center of Sirolo to that of Numana. The town center is 150 meters from the apartment, while the wonderful Spiaggiola is only 700 meters away.

Description : completely new! Ground floor of a single semi-detached house. Large living room with double sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette - master bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower and washing machine - large front and back garden equipped with table, chairs and swing where you can eat. Air conditioning in every room. Parking space inside the property. Animals are not allowed.
