「The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was basic but good value for the price. No air conditioning but the staff provided a fan. The hotel is in a good quiet location. The shower in my room did not have hot water. Unfortunately it was not fixed during my stay. The location of my room was above the kitchen and so a bit noisy early in the morning. The WiFi only worked well in the lobby. However there were no issues with the second room booked.」

「No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment.」

「The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp. Our complementary breakfast never came. they have 3 items on there dinner menu and you still have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for it to arrive. When you go to check out they had no credit card machine so that added a layer of difficulty to the stay. 」

「No value for money. The toilet has no door, the water is dirty, the cottage glass walls are broken, and electricity is switched off at night after 10 pm. You have to beg the staff to run a generator just to get warm water, and there are cobwebs on the ceiling. The only positives are the stunning view of Sipi Falls and the friendly staff. I will never go back and cannot recommend this place to anyone. What a scam!」
