「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「Our stay was perfect, I only have compliments! I was greeted by Mita, a very sweet and helpful lady, who made check in a breeze. We had no problems parking our huge rented moving truck with car in tow. The room was super clean and fresh, very well kept, everything worked and the shower was great too. 「Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts. Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. We will be staying there again.」

「Poorly staffed restaurant; they were good though. The room and the building of the room was horrific and in dire need of maintenance and updating. I feel ripped off. The property has much potential, but the rooms *8 of us traveled here* were in poor condition. The footprint/floorplan is excellent but needs major repairs and renovation. My door stuck 」

「En mi opinio la propiedad estas sobrevaluada por lo que ofrecen, estoy de acuerdo que era un loft pero encontré algunos detalles, 1.El aire acondicionado era un aparato portatil adaptado y muy ruidoso 2. El colchon estaba todo manchado, de orina seguramente y hacia mucho ruido los resortes, esto me hizo enfurecer mucho!!!! Creo que esos lofts no estan preparados para recibir huespedes aun, hay que hacer arreglos,,,verifiquen antes de contratar Eduardo Garza, Monterrey NL MEX」
