Beautiful spacious home

This home is perfect for a couple families! The bunk room on the second floor is in a loft with gorgeous windows! The primary bed and bathroom are huge! Lots of seating on the back deck facing the national forest. The beds are super comfortable and the sheets are so soft! Love the windows everywhere in this house! We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay!

The house backs to the forest land and is so beautiful and peaceful. The back patio is perfect for relaxing. Spacious home and kitchen is well stocked. Local staff Yvette and Todd were awesome and so helpful. Super clean and beds were comfy!

Overall very dirty

The house had tons of hair, dead flies, and mouse poop on the deck. If someone cleaned before we arrived, they did a terrible job.

I would not rent this home again. Where to begin...The home does not have AC, which I missed in the listing. There is not sufficient airflow in the home, so it was hot and stuffy and not a single person in our party slept well the entire week. Although the rooms are equipped with floor fans, it wasn't enough to sleep comfortably. The bath and bed sheets and pillows are poor quality. Our group agreed that it contributed to our poor sleep. The bath rugs were dirty and many of the towel were soiled. There were no hangers in the closets. Kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum. Good luck finding the garbage disposable on button, it's behind the refrigerator. Living room- inexpensive furnishings and decor make the space feel cheap and poorly decorated. The decor in the house was really dusty. Laundry- The listing states that there was laundry to use, but it was locked in the garage and we were told that we were not allowed access, even though the listing stated otherwise. *Pool Towels! There are none, which is ridiculous considering you are at a resort with multiple pools. You will pay $28 per towel to purchase at the pool store. That was a very expensive frustration for a house full of people on vacation. No customer service. Very maddening to communicate with Vacasa. Black Butte Ranch is lovely and I have been going for decades. I Will continue to vacation on the ranch, but will definitely not rent this home again. Its simply not worth the money they charge.
