  • BEDROOMS: 3 stylish bedrooms: 2 king beds, 1 queen bed/4 singles in a bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the second living space loft, there is a place for everyone!

    EXTRAS: AC! Hot tub, ping pong, Tesla charger, bikes, indoor/outdoor games and large deck with lots of comfortable furniture.

    LOCATION: Right in the center of Glaze Meadow Recreation Center and Pool with a hot tub, workout facility, bike rental, and spa! Also: tennis courts, horseshoes, pickle ball, basketball, golf, boules and easy access to bike trails out the back deck!

    HOUSE RULES: This condo is smoke-free (no vaping please) and pet-free. Guests must be 25 years of age (or accompanied by a 25+year old adult).

Wonderful Black Butte vacation!

Little Sister was a lovely stay. We were graciously accommodated. Lots of amenities and the deck was beautifully furnished and large. We loved the room with bunk beds/queen bed. It was great for our son and his family.

This house was perfect for our group. The location is PERFECT and it was the little things that made it a BIG A+....the soaps/shampoo etc were exactly what we love at home, the pickle ball racquets, outdoor seating options, etc. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place!

Had a very comfortable stay at this property. Well appointed and great use of space. Beds were very comfy. So close to GM pool and amenities - super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

Perfect location within walking distance of the Glaze Meadow pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, bike rentals, etc. Well stocked and perfectly curated. We loved our stay here, and look forward to returning next summer!

Perfect place to connect with old friends

Perfect Vacation Rental

What a sweet and comfortable spot this was for our family! More than ample room, with lovely furnishings, beds and bedding, and lots of fun little extras for us (like ping pong, pickleball stuff, bikes, jacuzzi, etc.). Warm and cozy. House with a great feel. Beds very comfortable. Kids loved the hot tub. Well equipped with towels, bikes, ping pong table, pickle ball equipment, kitchen utensils/dishes, etc. Fantastic location very close to Glaze Meadow Recreation Center/pool.

Great house in superb location

This was our second stay in Black Buttee house and it was wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. We had lotsnofnfun playing ping pong on a rainy day , and pickleball on the courts just a short walk away.

Perfect Location

We came for a ladies spa weekend, and this was the perfect location! It is a 5 minute walk to the spa, we only had two cars, but ample amount of parking space for more. Perfect amount of space in the house for 5 ladies, and so cozy! We will definitely be back!

Exceptional BBR Rental

This is by far the best rental we ever had at BBR. It's not only beautiful, it includes everything to ensure your Black Butte vacation is perfect. From a well stocked kitchen, to comfortable beds, to plentiful outdoor seating options, to the killer bunk room that can sleep 6, this house just exceeds all exceptions. We will absolutely be back, this is a GEM!
