“Leider war das Zimmer weder sauber noch gepflegt. Es war sehr heruntergekommen und überall war Dreck, insbesondere im Badezimmer waren diverse nicht identifizierbare braune Flecken an den Wänden. Das Hotel und die Zimmer haben unangenehm gerochen und bis 3 Uhr war aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht an schlafen zu denken und ab 6 Uhr war es wieder so laut das man wach wurde. Die Bilder bei der Buchung spiegeln das Hotel definitiv nicht wieder, sodass wir zuerst dachten wir wären im Flaschen Hotel……

“Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort, das Zimmer war sauber, nicht allzu groß, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, schöner Frühstücksraum, Restaurant war gut Das empfohlene Hamam mit Werbung im Hotel hatte leider geschlossen, der Aufzug war während unseres Aufenthalts defekt.”

“Maybe better if room was cleaned when we were out. Ok thanks to the staff for knocking when we were in the room. Clean towels and bedding is a must each day . There is room for improvement with choices at breakfast with lack of hot drinks like tea and coffee. These little things make for a good start to the day.”

“Literally the worst experience of my life in any hotel in the world, upon checking in, the guy with black beard and Mustache had this very angry scary face , he was very rude and unwelcoming , my friend and I were extra nice out of fear of him, later on we realized they charge you 7Euros a day yo use the safe in your room, when I complained to him he was about to hit me and incredibly rude, so I asked for a manager , he told me I would have to wait all day for one because he doesn’t know when……

“Oda iyi durumda değildi, televizyon bile çalışmıyordu. Yatak çarşafları buruşuk ve renkleri grileşmişti. Tuvaletin sifonu yerinden çıkmıştı, insanın içine sinmiyordu banyo. Üzerimize örtmek için verilen battaniyeye bir nevresim bile geçirilmemişti ve battaniyeyi sanki herkes kullanmış gibiydi. ”
