HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency, as we carry several villas, "sending an inquiry to the real estate professional", so we will advise you on the villa the most suitable to your needs". Then you will be able to book in total security in "Book Now".
We recommend you to book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us for rates and availability.
COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION:
Located in the center of the large landscaped grounds that surround it, it consists of three floors and is ideal for families seeking tranquility and nature, friends who wish to share intimate and fun moments, groups wishing to visit a cosmopolitan city or busy village, but dozing in placid surroundings coped by greenery and a comfortable house, with a ground floor through which you access directly to the large private pool.
We recommend that you have a car to move around more easily and quickly, but it is not essential. Everything can be done on foot.
You can find supermarkets, quality fruit and vegetables, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk from the Villa.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden of +- 2,500 m²), an XXL swimming pool of 16 meters by 8 meters.
The house is located in the urbanization El Romani in Calafell, a coastal and residential area.
A magnificent road / highway will take you to Sitges, Barcelona, Tarragona, bordering the sea or overlooking the sea.
The villa has 450 M2 and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed on 2 floors. Optionally, a second house is available for 4 people with its privacy.
EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA:
Villa El Ranch is oriented South-East and the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool all day long. In the middle of summer, as the rest of the year (especially in winter), its very sunny orientation makes the outdoor areas of this villa very enjoyable.

With its South-East orientation and being very sunny all day long, Villa El Ranch is ideal for short breaks of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. The rates are very reasonable during these periods.
We have very attractive monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months! Ask for them.
