Very Nice but Air Conditioning and eclectic major issue
The house is in amazing location and the community is great. The 2 parking out front is awesome and street parking wasn’t bad early in AM or at night. The house is tastefully decorated. It would have received 5 stars if not for horrible electric system hat doesn’t all you to run AC with literally any applicance or two zones at once. Therefore at night time the bedroom upstairs would get extremely hot and during the daytime you know the upstairs or downstairs want to be usable because it was too hot. We went in the month of August and it was almost 90° in at least one part of the house would always be unbearable. Further the electricity would constantly be shutting off and you have to go reset the breaker in the middle of the night it was very disturbing and at that point they only had one air conditioning unit running so not sure exactly what’s going on but this is a major problem.
