As soon as the doors of the private elevator open, the eye is met with fantastic panoramic views of the sea and the city of Sitges that are truly exceptional! The living
dining rooms offer a large space of more than 70M2 surrounded by spectacular views further enhanced by the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows of almost 3 meters in height offering a sense of actually floating in the sea! It also enjoys a full working fireplace for those colder winter nights and an impressive 86' smart TV prepared with latest in streaming and entertainment services!

The next large space on this floor is the 25m2 kitchen offering the latest in high-end appliances and a large 'island' in the middle allowing meals to be prepared with ease and abundant space avoiding stress during mealtime. The kitchen also leads on to a terrace with a butane gas barbecue in order to enjoy a great variety of grilled cuisine with the unique flavor that can only be achieved thru the use of an outdoor BBQ!

But it does NOT end here! The great 'secret' of the house is its back garden area of ​​almost 600M2 of land providing a wide and intimate space to enjoy nature and another exclusive area with a SECOND PRIVATE INFINITY POOL with spectacular views of the Sea and Sitges enjoying a complete private environment! You enter an area rich in vegetation that transmits a great sense of peace. On the highest, most private part of the terrain, there is an amazing 'chillout' area with a beautiful infinity pool that joins the edge of the pool with the horizon of the sea, causing a magnificent sensation of relaxation! There is also a large number of sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a Balinese bed for two. There is also an outdoor bar and a gazebo with outdoor furniture to sit and have a drink with full views of the sea. During the evening hours, the LED lighting system provided just the right amount of light to set the perfect tone!

Sitges Sea View Villa has capacity for up to 12 people and is fully equipped with air conditioning and heat! It also has its own private 2 large car parking garage!Guests can access the city centre by either a car (recommended), taxis in a short 5-7 minute drive or by walking facilitated by stairs. Walking to the centre of town will take approximately 25 minutes.

For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
