A beautiful spacious house of 150 sq.m near the entrance of the traditional village of Agios Nikolaos, located in a peaceful green area. The village center is just a ten minutes walk. There someone can find shops and restaurants while also can entertain at the famous "Greek nights" with live music in the village square. One of the most well known beaches "Pirgos" is just five minutes away by car.A vacation house Ideal for families or even for a group of friends.It comprises of three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, three balconies, and a beautiful green private yard.

Spacious and beautiful house in picturesque small village
I stayed with friends and family for 16 days. We had wonderful time. House is big and fully equipped. Host was helpful and responsive. Check in and out smooth. Beautiful beaches are close. It is peaceful, quiet and cosy. Village very old and authentic. The yard not so big, but we didn't need it, as terrace is very big and beautiful. I highly recommend the place if you are coming with car.

Quiet and beautiful village flat
The property is generous size and bedrooms and spacious and beautifully decorated. The flat is on the top of a house owned by Eleni and her family blth living on the ground floor of the house.
The village is beautiful and has local shops, bars and restaurants you can visit and enjoy a traditional Greek food.
Eleni is very polite and helpful and replies back at any of your questions promptly.
I will recommend this house to anyone and definitely will book again.

Nice and pleasant, however less private than we thought
We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable apartment. The downside of this appt is however that it is inbetween other houses and that the garden is rather small and not private. You can use it for a dinner & bbq, but less for relaxing & enjoying shade.

Consigliato!!!
Casa spaziosa e ben arredata, dotata di ogni elettrodomestico necessario (lavatrice, macchina del caffè espresso e americano, lavastoviglie, condizionatore, ...) e molto accogliente. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità, in accordo con la proprietaria Eleni, di effettuare check in e check out posticipato. Lei è sempre stata molto disponibile e abbiamo comunicato comodamente via whatsapp. Noi eravamo in 5 adulti e ci siamo divisi gli spazi molto agevolmente, stando persino larghi. Consigliatissimo!

Logement très bien situé à l'entée d'un village non touristique, très bien équipé et pratique (3 terrasses, moustiquaires sur toutes les baies)
Accueil sympathique, disponibilité et discrétion d'Eleni, l'hôte des lieux.
Idéal pour accéder aux plages de la péninsule la plus proche Sithonia.(Karidi beach en particulier)
Petit port sympa d'Ormos Panagias à proximité (4 à 5 restos dont un à conseiller "Aristos tavern")

optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Sithonia - ruhig, sauber, geschmackvoll, bester Service
Ruhige aber gut erreichbare Ferienwohnung, sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, bester Service der Gastgeberin, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Quiet but well accessible holiday home, verry good and aesthetically equipped, very clean, best Service by the lessor, good price-performance ratio.
Die Ferienwohnung ist größer als erwartet, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, was angenehm oder schön ist. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut. Über die angegebene Ausstattung hinaus sind z.B. ein guter Sonnen- und Insektenschutz, eine Espressomaschine, Spül-/Waschmittel sowie Kaffee für die ersten Tage auch vorhanden.
Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und bietet besten Service. So lag am Ankunftstag z.B. ein gekühlter Weißwein bereit. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde sogar angeboten, alle drei Tage ohne Aufpreis Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln – fast schon Hotelservice.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig aber bestens erreichbar einen Kilometer abseits der Sithonia-Ringstraße am Dorfrand von Ag. Nikolaos. Der Ort bietet Läden und Restaurants und liegt wenige Kilometer von Stränden und Hafen. In der ersten Maihälfte war dies ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf Sithonia und ins Hinterland, an Meer und Strand sowie in Wälder und Olivenhaine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Tip: Die Eltern der Gastgeberin verkaufen im Hafen frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte.
