「Great property which was close to Great American Ballpark and the Taft Theatre which were the two reasons I traveled to Cincinnati—I got in at 1am and they were very accommodating at the front desk—I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was very, which was welcomed after a 16 hour travel day—I originally had a reservation at another property but they lost my reservation and I had to scramble last minute (1am) and these folks were more than welcoming to me—thanks」

「The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. I suggest parking you car in the beautiful parking garage for your stay then walk or take public transportation (very convenient). This property...

「When we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. 「I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. 」

「Easy parking. Right next to University and within easy walking distance. Lots to chose from to each. Hotel itself is fantastic. Enjoyed the pool - a little cold but it was 90 outside so nice way to cool off inside. 」
