「Sehr gutes Hotel und nettes freundliches Personal...🙏🙏🙏 Very good hotel and nice, friendly staff...🙏🙏🙏」

「The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else. The lady checking us in seemed amused we didn’t automatically know which building we were supposed to be in or where to go. There wasn’t enough parking for the number of guests in the back carpark. The front carpark was narrow and full too. The two bedroom apartment was spacious but only one of the bedrooms was heated, the other was...

「Very cute place, great location and I loved the breakfast!」

「Amazing location, gardens and lounges take advantage of the sea view, sauna is great. The restaurant is really good, and even without a reservation they will make space for hotel guests. Wine o'clock is 4-5 every day, when guests are given a glass of wine grown by the family in Mallorca. Visited midsummer at their busiest and it was sometimes hard to get staff's attention. Also could really have used having water more easily available, not having to queue at the bar every time. But overall would...

「We are from the US and were expecting an attendant to check us in. Once we understood the automated process, we were OK. By US standards, the hotel room was very small and spartan, but clean. Only five TV channels, all in Danish. Only a couple towels. Two of the tiniest beds I've ever seen. The room was also very hot at night with no AC, especially after the sun heated up the walls and drapes during the relatively warm days we had. We tried to open the door to the outside but traffic roaring...
