「Staff was super friendly, quick to check in and it is in such a easy place to park, and walk to food, gyn, and other things. Clean and large rooms and love the outdoors aspect of the place. Breakfast was great, in a big room and lots of options from Waffles, to cereal, eggs, potatoes, Biscuit and gravy, Hard Boiled eggs, coffee, juice.. your normal full breakfast options. Internet is fast for work access. Great place, will stay again when I am in the area!」

「It was nice to be by the river. We enjoyed watching the ships. We enjoyed the river walk and saw the sea lions “ singing”. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. There were several options for breakfast. A very nice place to stay.」

「They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

「We had the deluxe suite with the corner views; the suite was airy, very comfortable, and had a hanging mama San chair that my Wife adored. My only regret was not taking the staffers offer of narrowing a LP to play some vinyl while we stayed. I wish the water had been warmer, but Norblad is a charming, delightful hotel to stay at! 「We loved our stay at Bowline. We parked the car and didn't have to use it the entire trip because we could walk to everything we wanted to see. We loved seeing the trolley and the sea lions on a daily basis. The saunas on the river are wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was so friendly. Getting a nightcap with that view at the beautiful bar was perfect. We loved everything!」

「We ultimately ended up not staying here. It had nothing to do with the staff. The check in was smooth and easy. Yes, I read reviews before booking but after visiting I can’t agree with some of them. It is a very old motel and the outside is really worn. The room we were assigned was pretty worn too. The mattress was broken down and jiggled just by sitting down on it. It just wasn’t for us. I was willing to pay the much higher price at another tried and true chain hotel. The clerk was super busy...
