Beautiful villa with stunning views - layout is unconventional
This was a beautiful villa with stunning views from almost every square foot of the property. The private beach area is idyllic - crystal clear waters. The bedrooms were spacious and each of the six in the top villa had ensuite. There is a well fitted but rather dated shared kitchen building that served its purpose with the vast majority of our time spent outside taking in the scenery. The weather was bad on a couple of occasions which revealed that the villa lacks any indoor living space other than the bedrooms. This was not a problem at all during all of the beautiful weather but wasnāt like any other villa Iāve stayed in as the bedroom blocks and kitchen block are separate structures.
The upper area has a large pool (with stunning views) and a large outdoor living space with kitchen and BBQ.
I think the listing photos are a little unclear however as they show various shots from the two villas that occupy the same property whereas we had only the single villa for our stay.
Alexander was an absolutely superb host and made every arrangement we needed - thank you.
An easy walk into Agia Paraskevi and a short walk from bus stop 17 made it a great base to explore the south of the island.
Skiathos is a gem and we will definitely come back next year.
