Into the kitchen, there are beautiful historical hardwood floors and butcher block counters with an island. The space is well lit with 13 foot high ceilings, and 72" windows. The small loft bedroom fits just a twin size bed and a small shelf. Under the loft is the black velvet pullout sofa, with memory foam mattress, storage ottoman, and smart tv. The pull out sofa is a full size technically, but not very thick and feels and looks small. It is best suited for a smaller person or kids.
