“For a family reunion purposes the facilities and location was great. We really enjoyed the large general area where we played games and visited.”

“It was very clean and the employees were nice my only complaint is I left something in the room and I was told a couple of times the head person wasn’t there so they didn’t know. I was told they would call me and I was never called.”

“Refused my booking done through Expedia. Had to make other arrangements at 2am. I was very unhappy with the experience.”

“Staff was extremely rude. Im a law abiding disabled veteran that was treated as if i worked the streets! When i asked for a later check out i was informed to stay for another two hours i would have to pay for an additional night! Horrified!”

“Only issue was they were roofing while there and roofers were very careless with debris including NAILS IN THE POOL! Having just had a roof replaced, there were measures that could have been taken to protect the cars and guests from the debris. Otherwise, the property was fine.”

“I stayed in a king room and the room was much larger than most, plenty of room for the bed, sofa, desk and a few other pieces. The refrigerator is an apartment size, so much larger than the normal hotel offers. The room and all the premise was clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet area away from the business of the major highway, yet close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in/check out. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Killeen.”

“The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was very small and the water was actually quite warm instead of cool probably due to the heat in Texas and the small size of the pool. The breakfast food was just ok, nothing special at all.”

“The restroom is not working it’s flush by itself all day long and night I’m can go to a sleep even whit the door closed you can hear the noise”
