"On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had already given it to her husband on the first day.
