Cozy 3BR Cabin – 5 Min to Snowshoe | Pet-Friendly | Scenic Views

Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat! Nestled on 4 private wooded acres in peaceful Slatyfork Farms, this newly renovated, pet-friendly 3BR/2BA cabin is just 5 minutes from Snowshoe Mountain Resort and Raven Golf Course.

With warm wood finishes and thoughtful touches throughout, this inviting cabin comfortably sleeps 6 adults with 1 king and 2 queen beds, plus a pack and play for little ones.

Gather with family and friends around the gas log fireplace, stream your favorite shows on Smart TVs in every room, or step outside to the wraparound porch to take in beautiful mountain views facing Snowshoe’s Western Territory. Enjoy outdoor dining, a charcoal grill (BYO coals), and plenty of fresh mountain air.

**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.

A Few Notes to Mention



Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location, there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please be sure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.



At Elevation Vacation Rentals we know how important connectivity is – even while vacationing – which is why we offer free WIFI at all our properties.



Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your hub for important (and helpful!) information regarding your stay. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with the door code, Wi-Fi, and home location information.



Pack light and enjoy shopping at Snowshoe! We’ve partnered with SnowCreek Mountain Sports and Ski Barn to offer ski and snowboard rental discounts of 15%!



*Pets require a $250 non-refundable fee and is limited to 2 dogs only. If booking on third-party sites, please contact us to add the pet-fee onto your booking.

*Please be sure to purchase your lift tickets and make reservations for dining/activities at the time of your rental booking.

*4WD or chains is REQUIRED when staying at 11 Beech during the winter season.

*There are no check-ins or check-outs permitted on Saturdays during the winter season.

Remote getaway

Very comfortable remote cabin for my wife and I and our toy poodle for a long weekend getaway. The facilities were very nice and the fireplace made it very toasty warm as we watched the snow fall outside.

Fabulous Summertime Rental

Our family had a reunion in nearby town and 4 of us chose to rent 11 Beech cabin. Everything we needed to feel safe while enjoying our family was there. Snowshoe Getaway

We had a lovely stay for my husband’s 42 birthday at snowshoe. The location to the slopes was great and the cabin was comfortable and peaceful. If forced to give criticisms, we had a few maintenance issues (some lights didn’t work in the bathrooms) and there was no toaster which was a bummer but not a big deal at all! The cabin, however, wasn’t very clean. There were food covered dishes in the cabinets along with the clean dishes and some of the other dishes appeared clean but were wet. We also found dirty rugs and blankets on the washer / dryer (door to closet was also uneasy).

Cozy cottage representing the best of West Virginia

It was our families first ski trip to Snowshoe Mountain. It was very close without actually being on the resort the cottage was perfect for our needs, it was super clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. This cottage was a great spot to vacation with my young adult children and pets, I would highly recommend this if you are visiting Snowshoe Mountain.

Relaxing Getaway

Stayed two nights after dropping our kids off at summer camp. The house had everything for a relaxing stay. Close to Snowshoe resort and other outdoor activities. Would visit again.

Just right for us!

Great location away from the noise/crowd on top of the mountain…but still easy to drive up for skiing/snowboarding. House was clean, well equipped and 100% as advertised. Furnishings were in good condition and WiFi was 30-50 Mbps. Easy checkin/out. Would definitely stay again.

Great Cabin

We have stayed at numerous places In the proximity of Snowshoe. We prefer to be off the mountain and avoid the throngs of people in the Village. 11 Beech is a great location. It’s only about 15 minutes from the top of the mountain. You have easy access, but also have the feeling of being in the woods. The management of the unit is great. Super responsive and the directions for access were clear and concise. I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect getaway!

What a lovely place to stay. Quiet and cozy, this rustic farm home was the perfect home away from home. Location was great, beds are super comfy and everything worked as it should. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Communication with her was wonderful. Would absolutely stay again.

Awesome location and perfect getaway

Awesome private property on a mountain near snowshoe. Road was perfect for sledding. MUST have a 4x4 or all wheel drive in the winter. Super private; our kids loved exploring the wilderness.
