Spacious Bright Seafront APT
360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this beautiful, luxurious property in one of the nicest, if not the nicest in SLIEMA QUI-Si-Sana. Close to all amenities, this seafront property has a spacious living area with a large SOFA & TV, a `Spacious CHILL AREA` and a fully equipped kitchen.
All the apartment has been recently refurbished to high standards with access to a beautiful outdoor balcony with outdoor furniture and amazing views!
Did we mention super WIFI & AC in beds & APT?
Full Airconditioned and Fast WIFI
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!
Kitchen also have an amazing natural and vert spacious and comfortable.
Living area| Massive sofa, with a TV connected directly to the internet and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Spacious balcony with breath taking views of the Mediterranean sea with outdoor furniture to accompany it.
Inside our guests will find spacious dining area with SOFAS and also more beautiful views.
Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 doubles and 2 with 2 singles + an additional opening bed for over 6 guests.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and features a wash/dryer and a full bath and the others are accessible from both of the bedrooms with the double bed.
NOTE: Apartment is equipped for short and long stays !

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
The apartment is situated in QUI-Si-Sana Sliema, which is probably one of the nicest areas of Sliema, with the beach just opposite the road of the apartment and also the swings/park area just up the road making it amazing for families with kids or even friends who just wanna hang out.
The area is also filled with restaurants, coffee shops and anything you would require to make your holiday that much better.
Also within walking distance is TIGNE SHOPPING COMPLEX which is the largest shopping complex in Malta.
- The bus stop is just round the corner from the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel. Bus links from Sliema is one of the best since it is central.
- We also taxi service through the messaging application of Airbnb.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
