Beautiful property & Amazing location

The property was as advertised and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 3 couples. The view was incredible. Loved having coffee every morning Looking at the water and having a drink in the evening looking at the water. The location was great as the mall and grocery store were very close and shops and restaurants were walking distance. The only negative was that the Wifi didn’t work in the back bedrooms; otherwise our stay was perfect. I rated the check in process a little lower because we couldn’t get into the apartment at 3 pm. The previous occupants didn’t check out and were still in the apartment so the cleaners couldn’t get in to clean. The property management was great on getting them to clean it quickly and let us store our luggage so we could walk around the area.

Beware - Electricity not included in rental fee

Upon arrival we were notified we had a daily electricity a allowance, this was not in the booking agreement. There was also a cash deposit required at check in we were notified of shortly before our arrival, this was also not in the booking agreement. The extra electric charges were conveniently taken out of the deposit returned at the end of our stay. The heat did not work for 2 days, when they turned on the heat no instructions were left on how to adjust it, adding to the electric consumption. Last the first crib provided had tape on it, moving wheels & was not suitable for an infant. We spent much of our vacation corresponding with the management company about issues with the unit.

Super Apartment!

An outstanding apartment that is even better than the description online! The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The Views from the balcony are incredible! Location is excellent, just a couple of minutes away from a large shopping mall, restaurants and the beach. We also really appreciated the brochures left at the apartment about places we can visit and more. I highly recommend this apartment, and will definitely return to it on my next holiday in Malta.
