Spacious ocean view beach house - sleeps 12
- You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy.
Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

The house was ideal for the 8 of us with space to spare and reasonably close to all the local attractions.The rooms were well set up and amenities provided were excellent. The rain kept us indoors some of the time but the games provided kept us occupied.

This was my second time staying here - the first was a girls trip and this time was with my family. The house is lovely - so warm and cosy with the fireplace and multiple split systems. The beds are very comfortable and Jeremy’s communication was excellent. It is in such a great spot - easy walk to coffee and beach. Thank you Jeremy - we hope to stay again soon

We (x 10) stayed for two nights in Winter and found the set up to be great. Very comfy beds, lots of rooms, great fire, new kitchen with plenty of appliances, and a great and private balcony set up. Highly recommended location.
