「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Back Beach Oasis. House was clean, beds were comfortable, outside pergola area was great which is where we spent most of our time. The spa was amazing - well kept and very clean. House is fully fenced and all on one level which made it easier for our Goldie who struggles with stairs. 「We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.」
