“Great location, very responsive hosts! Very clean property. The parking was a little tricky because the gate did not always open but not a huge deal. Would definitely come back to the same property! Don't forget to visit the pool, deck area. It's beautiful! ”

“The location is perfect. It's within walking distance of the aquarium, the convention center, a museum, various other tourist attractions, and groceries. The area is pleasant, quiet, and safe. The condo itself has a clean and pretty interior. There's a washer/dryer and a whole kitchen with a coffee bar. We didn't cook, but you could if you wanted to; they had plenty of supplies including pans, tools and basic foods (sugar, flour, oil etc). We had some troubles with the thermostat. The bedroom……

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on business. Host was very responsive and very accommodating to all our needs. We had to extend due to business needs with no problems and a very smooth process. There was bad weather on the day of departure and host was very understanding and gave us a late check out to accommodate. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Atlanta. With Restaurants in walking distance, covered parking and Gated community we felt very safe. ”

“Property is very clean. Has one bedroom with a king bed, very spacious. The living room has 2 pull out couches. We did not use these. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is small but is completely fine with plenty of hot water and good size shower only. We followed the check in directions and had no issues getting in.Other reviews about this area will complain about homeless, but let's be real. This is downtown Atlanta. This is everywhere and truly leave them alone and you have no issues. I……

“Russell is beyond wonderful! Such a great HOST!! I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HIM AGAIN! Parking should definitely be added to the price to ease the headache but other than that our stay was wonderful!
