"I didn’t like the fact that you could not check in early when coming out of town during the government shutdown unless you paid an extra fee. Also the front desk staff were rude and would not allow you to speak with the manger/owner who was on the premises. At the bar /restaurant they made our food wrong and it did not taste good. We did not ask for a refund but to be able to exchange for something else and they told us that was not allowed. So once again we were out of our money and food. This was a bad experience, bad customer service and I would not advise anyone to stay here."

"The property was terrible and the new $10 to park in the empty parking lot is ridiculous. The lights in my room kept flickering."

"I only had one bath towel. There were no hangers in the closet although some were brought up after calling. Also there wasn’t a dresser just bedside tables which were tiny and not enough space to place toiletries. I guess this is what happens when booking a room through Expedia vs directly w hotel"
