“Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day……

“There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) “Lovely caravan overall. Mostly clean, although we did need to wash up the cutlery and cooking utensils as they were grubby/sticky with some food still on them. The garden is a nice grass area but not secure (had gaps through the hedges and nothing blocking under the caravan where there is a lot of debris). We kept our dog on a lead in the garden to be on the safe side.An outside light at the caravan would have been helpful for when coming back from a late night walk.Beauport Park is a great site……
