This house was perfect with nine of us. It was very clean. Location was perfect for the beach. It was convenient for nine month old to go back to get naps. We loved it!

Great Location!

Beachfront duplex with 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family of five. Just enough space for each kid to have their own room, but cozy enough to not feel too spread out! Great deck space to sit out and have a nice cup of coffee in the morning on one of two decks. Kitchen was well stocked! Glass cooktop stove was a little difficult to cook on (but they always are). About an 8 minute drive to Food Lion and only 15 minutes to Surf City for surf shops, restaurants, and ice cream! Great house & beachfront location, would definitely stay here again!!

Our family enjoyed a very peaceful week at the beach. The home is very well maintained and in a quiet location away from high rises and public beach access points on North Topsail. A beach rental shop is conveniently located directly across Island Dr. We spent many hours on the beach, and when we weren’t enjoying the beach, we sat out on the expansive back porch mere steps from the ocean. Several major grocery chains deliver to this address. Unfortunately, stocking the home for the week from nothing did add a major expense. We were surprised to find that the bathrooms did not even house toilet paper after a very long day of travel. Everything we needed had to be purchased, from condiments to paper towels and toilet paper to dish soap to linens for the bed, to chairs and beach toys for the beach.

Beachy Time

We had a great stay at this property! It was close to everything including the water, which was a blessing with twins that we just potty trained! The property was clean and plenty of room for us all. The deck was great for sitting and listening to the waves.
