Annual Honeymoon week

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful views, kitchen had the stuff I needed for cooking. King bed was comfy and the sauna at the facility was working. You may want to warm it up before you plan on using it. We’ll definitely plan on coming back to this location.

Nice beach vacation condo and resort

Our family enjoyed our week vacation at the St. Regis resort. The condo’s kitchen was well equipped and we liked the central location of the condo at the resort. The indoor pool is getting refurbished at this time but the outdoor pool was still available. The beach in this area during high tide can get very crowded with it being so small, so make sure to get a spot early in the morning. We had a great week and would recommend this rental to others.

Wonderful location

The location of this property is perfect. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The property is wonderful with a pool, playground and several restaurants on site. We have small kids, so being able to grab takeout from the pirate bar for dinner was a lifesaver most nights. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and had all the conveniences we needed. We had a couple small issues during our stay - the toaster didn’t work and the tub stopper was broken - but the hosts resolved the issues quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place

My husband and I stayed for a week in this beautiful place! The views were amazing, the place was clean, and the access on and off the beach was so close. We did not visit the pool, but a lot of families were enjoying it, we just preferred the beach. The season has not quite started yet, so they were doing cleaning and maintenance on the building and a few places were not opened, but we expected all of that. None of it disturbed our stay. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect Beach Trip!

Spent Mothers Day weekend with my 2 teenaged girls and we had the best time! Loved the location with easy access to restaurants and coffee shop onsite with 2 pools both open in May before Memorial Day :). Easy walk over to beach front - pretty perfect stay!

Fun Family Getaway

Property was excellent. Loved the oceanfront view and the amenities of the resort. The unit was just right for our family. The resort has a nice large pool with a snack shack that we used daily. Kids loved the arcade and exploring the resort.

Beautiful location! Amy was very responsive and helpful with info about the condo and surrounding area suggestions. Condo had everything we needed for a fun family vacation and was very clean. We especially enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the roar of the ocean at night!

Probably our best vacation yet! Perfect summer vacation spot. My family loved our vacation here it was so relaxing and nothing was terrible to get to. The condo was clean and the property manager was excellent to work with. The view from this condo was spectacular. Our oldest could walk down to the beach and we could see her the whole time. We loved that there were beach chair and umbrella rentals we rented them through grants beach rentals. We will definitely be looking to book the same condo again.

My family had the most amazing week! Woke up every morning and enjoyed my coffee looking at the beautiful ocean view. The condo was super clean and well stocked in the kitchen for your basic cooking needs. The kids really enjoyed going to the arcade and ice cream shop downstairs. The beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. We had fun searching for shark teeth and sea glass. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate Amy sharing her condo with us.

Very nice relaxing place to be

We needed a great place to stay for a much deserved vacation. Topsail beach is a great place to relax. We went off season so a lot of places to eat where not on regular time schedules. Wish we would have known the St. Regent resort did not have restaurant or pool house open everything day to grab lunch or dinner. Unit needs som TLC but was still a great place to stay.

Great Condo At The Beach

Our family spent a week at this condo and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and comfortable - two bathrooms is a plus as well as the convenience of a washer/dryer. Conveniently located near elevator/stairs and easy access to beach. But our favorite feature was the balcony - beautiful views of the beach all day and endless stars at night. This condo offers a relaxing stay at the beach for anyone visiting North Topsail.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at St. Regis. The view was great and I could watch my teens from the balcony when they went down to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen sufficient and had all the basics. Teens enjoyed the arcade and ice cream shop on the property. The restaurant on the top floor of the second floor was temporarily closed but there is still the Pirate Bar/Restaurant on the property. I have a couple of helpful tips if you are going to stay here. Bring your own grill tools if you plan on trying to use the charcoal grills as there are none in the unit that are grill safe/worthy. Beware of the grills, lol, they are located behind the sand dune and the wind can be pretty bad, sandblasting you as you try to cook. Bring your own dish towels as there were none in the unit. The children's room runs hotter than the rest of the unit but the owner has a fan in the closet. The beach outside of the resort is narrow. Make sure you pay attention to when high tide is and set up for the day as close as you can to the dune line. Finally, the resort doesn't post the surf conditions with flags like other places I've stayed. You can check the surf conditions on the town's website.
