Amazing location

Amazing location and beautiful home combined with an easy to reach property management group and owner that wanted to ensure we had a great stay makes this a great book just literally steps from the beach!

Lovely vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Topsail. The house was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable, great shower pressure. I loved the outdoor shower. The view from the balconies was breathtaking. We’d love to visit again.

Beautiful property

The unit itself is very nice, exactly as described in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked. Unable to come up with anything that this property lacked. Very responsive management company with a small issue that was taken care of immediately. Location is very quiet

Amazing and Peaceful Location

We loved our stay at Peace by the Sea! It was exceptionally clean with cheery, welcoming beach decor. The kitchen was very well-stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc and drawers were all labeled, making everything easy to find. Our beds were very comfortable and the A/C and all fans worked well. We had never been to NC before or done VRBO before and Sea Coast Rentals answered all our questions promptly. The location of this unit is superb, as it is right on the beach…you can walk barefoot along the private boardwalk to the beach right outside. It is a little over 2 miles from SeaView fishing pier and restaurant, which is fun to walk to in the evening and get ice cream or watch the sunset. The beach was not at all crowded and we found lots of interesting shells. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more peaceful vacation…exactly what we were looking for! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Nice beachfront townhome

This is a spacious and nice townhome with great beach access and pier access bayside. We had several nice days to get in the water which was great. Kitchen equipment was pretty complete. Just wish we had been told about the broken dryer, which was never repaired during our stay. If we had known, we might have packed more beach towels and baby blankets, and asked if a laundromat was nearby. We did get the moldy shower liner for the entry-level bathroom replaced soon after we reported it. The place included a pack n play and infant chairs which was helpful. Some lightbulbs with small threads needed replacement, but the size was not in the supply under the sink. The fan in the living room did not seem to work though AC was very good so it didn’t matter. Middle level porch door had a mal-functioning lock so we only used the bar on the track to lock it in place. Overall a very nice place that just needed some better upkeep (and notes to us from the rental office about the issues would have been helpful.)

A week of Peace by the Sea

Overall, we had a very good experience. Just a couple of things to know; the area is nice and not too crowded, but the beach is quite narrow, especially at high tide. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The condo was nice and comfortable with plenty of basic kitchen items. The main floor sliding glass doors were a little hard to open and during our stay the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work…just a minor inconvenience. We would visit again.
