Beautiful home and great location

We visited the White Lotus on a girls trip and it met all of our needs. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds and beautiful outdoor space. We even had massages on the top floor and yoga on the deck. Lovely!

Amazing house and host!

Absolutely gorgeous house and location! So many amenities including saltwater pool, elevator and gourmet chef’s kitchen. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy each other together. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Sam from Vacasa - he was always available for our questions and very knowledgeable about the workings of this brand new house. We are already planning our next vacation here!

terribly managed and maintained

We were super excited for this home - on the beach with a pool, but we had multiple issues with the WiFi, coffee maker, beds not being made, elevator, proponent tank, jammed door (was never remedied and took away our ability to walk directly out to the pool/beach). Vacasa management was rude, not responsive, and never really fixed our issues. If I were the homeowner of this home, I would highly recommend getting a different company to manage your home. The money is not worth the poor service we got for the home.

Beautiful new house with too many issues.

We received a phone call from Vacasa 10 minutes before arriving at White Lotus to tell us there was an issue with the door leading from the house to the pool....it was broken and would not be fixed the week of our stay. When we arrived, we tried the keypad code given to us to get in the house and it did not work. After several call to Vacasa, each time to a different person, we were given a code to get in. I asked that lady to text me that code in case I did not remember it, she never did. On one of the calls they told me there was lockbox with a house key, the box was rusty and I could not get in. Since there is not enough space to tell of several other issues, I will close with I have been a VRBO customer for 10 years for rentals in the US, Mexico and Spain and I would advise VRBO to terminate their relationship with Vacasa.
